1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and eu9 as the platform operator. This document applies to all users who access, register for, or use any part of the eu9 platform, including the website, Android mobile app, iOS app, and all related services.

Continued use of the eu9 platform after any changes are made to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. eu9 recommends that users review this document periodically to ensure they are always up to date with the latest version.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account on eu9, you must meet the following requirements:

• Register as an individual — not on behalf of a company or organization.

• Has never been suspended or banned from the eu9 platform previously.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity.

Eu9 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including during registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected on an account. Documents typically requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent bank statement, and proof of the payment method used.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or other details — is a serious violation of our terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

4 Bonuses and Promotions

Eu9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on their respective promotions pages, and users are encouraged to read those terms before accepting any offer.

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Most bonuses have wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session — such as an internet disconnection or server failure — eu9 will use saved system records to determine a fair outcome. 6 Account Security and Privacy

7 Accepted User Conduct

Eu9 users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the eu9 platform:

• Attempting to hack, modify, or interfere with eu9 systems in any way.
• Communicating with other users or eu9 staff using offensive, threatening, or harassing language.
• Uploading, submitting, or sharing content that is unlawful, racist, or obscene.

• Impersonating another user, eu9 staff, or any authority.

Eu9 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account that violates these guidelines, including temporary suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Eu9 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Legal action or instructions from relevant authorities.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined by eu9's internal policy.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the eu9 customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus conditions and withdrawal requirements must be fulfilled first.

9 eu9 Liability Limits

Eu9 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will always be available without interruption. While eu9 strives to ensure optimal platform performance, temporary technical disruptions may occur from time to time.

Eu9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

In all circumstances, eu9's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total funds deposited by that user into their account within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Eu9 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notices or email at least 7 days before taking effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where eu9 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration before any legal action is taken.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
